Mr. Kunal Domadia
Mr. Kunal Domadia has been the driving force of KRSIL to transcend the company to a new level of professionalism and accelerated success. After completing his Civil Engineering from MIT, Pune, he joined KRSIL to oversee all the major projects. He later took over a leadership role in the company to lead the organization ahead.
Mr. Kunal focuses on the Operational functions of Design, Planning and Construction functions and helps guide the Strategy, Finance and Legal teams. He has been imperative in providing impetus to the growth and diversification of the company and engineer landmark projects.
Executive Management from McIntire School, University of Virginia and an OPMer at Harvard Business School; Mr Kunal has brought about a reformation within his company. He has been pivotal in carrying the entire organization towards the path of excellence. He plans to foray KRSIL to become a global company in the infrastructure business by engineering exquisite projects across the globe.
His vision for KRSIL is to make it an industry leader which stands at the top when it comes to Infrastructure Development, Client Management, Service Quality and Engineering Capabilities.
Mr. Arvind Domadia
Mr Arvind Domadia has more than 25 years of experience and stands a pillar in mentoring the company forward.
The volatile nature of industry, economy and changing times poses a big challenge in facing uncertainties. The journey till date has been very challenging and at KRSIL we strive to prepare and face bigger ones in the future.
Mr Arvind Domadia believes that going ahead, the journey to continue towards the larger vision of engineering endless capabilities. He firmly believe and wish the company greater success while continuing to maintain its core values.
Mr Chandrakant Kirade
With over 30 years of experience, Chandrakant is a seasoned Construction Business Management professional. His entire career has been in the Construction Industry in various senior leadership, management, and executive roles. Chandrakant’s construction experience spans across Highways & Expressways, Bridges & Viaducts, Tunnels & Caverns, Hydel, Tall Buildings, Large Townships, and Industrial Projects.Chandrakant’s has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil.
Chirag Khandelwal
He is a talented human resources professional with many years of diverse experience in spearheading change management, organisation design/restructuring, talent acquisition/development, merger & integration, cost reduction programmes and ring-fencing organisation from labour & IR matters. He has deep exposure to transforming legacy organisations, building agile & responsive HR processes including manpower planning, performance measurement, succession planning, employee engagement strategies, managing complex IR situations including unions, negotiations, long term settlements, etc.
Pritha Khandelwal
An MBA in finance and very focused in the day to day running of the company. She has a very active role in the finaces of KRSIL.
